AF440: Tutsi Dance Shield

An old and early large Tutsi dance shield with natural pigment paint. The back is clean as it should be, and the colors are nicely muted from age.     

Previously in the collection of Wolf-Dieter Miersch of Germany who has the largest and most extensive African shield collection that I know of.
